Chief Guest Subhash Desai, Minister of IndustriesClean India Technology week was organized by Virtual Info Systems Pvt. Ltd, publishers of Buildotech from January 17-23, 2016 in Mumbai.The Expos during the week included Waste Technology, Care Care & Car wash, Laundry and Facility services,showcasing the latest developments in the specific segments.

The biggest cleaning industry show in India featured over 200 exhibitors and witnessed a substantial footfall from varied sectors including healthcare, pharma,airport, business houses, hotels andgovernment department & bodiessuch as transport corporations and Municipal Corporations besides carwash companies, garage owners and distributors among many others visitors.

The show was inaugurated by Chief Guest Subhash Desai,Minister of Industries, Government of Maharashtra and saw dignitaries like Toni D’Andrea, CEO of AfidampServizi, Michele Redi-President, IPCReady System; Markus Asch-DeputyCEO, Alfred Karcher GmbH, PeterHug, Managing Director, VDMA.

Also, organized was the CleanIndia Awards on January 22 that sawover 500 delegates from across theglobe coming together to recognizeand celebrate the achievementsand contributions of individuals andgroups in the cleaning industry.The awards presented, includedBest Janitor, Best Room Attendant,Best FM leader of the year, BestInnovation Awards for machines,tools, chemicals and equipment andBest practices in waste management,housekeeping, food handling& laundry and Best training &consultancy. The awards were givenfor Best “Make in India’ product andBest New launch at the Expo.
