OCS Group Acquires Stake in CISS
The OCS Group has acquired a minority stake in Central Investigation & Security Services Ltd. With this acquisition CISS plans to enhance its presence and enable itself to provide complete service solutions to its clients in India. The OCS group had acquired Mumbai based facility management services firm – Radiant Hospitality, Absotherm Facility Management Services and Cannon Hygiene India. The acquisitions are a part of OCS Systems strategy to expand in India. CISS is focused on manpower guarding and security business while OCS Group provides a full range of services, including engineering, catering, security, cleaning, horticulture, hygiene, waste management and pest control.
Sodexo and OECD join forces
Sodexo, a leader in Quality of Life services, and the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OCED) have signed an ambitious three-year partnership aimed at promoting Quality of Life as a factor in the development and progress of society.
As per the agreement, the two organizations will exchange information related to Quality of Life with civil society actors (private sector, NGO, academics, etc.) and the public sector.
