New Head of FM, Knight Frank

Knight Frank India, one of the leading International Property Consultants, has appointed Ram Devagiri as Executive Director and Head of Facility Management Services (FMS) reinstating Knight Frank’s intent to bolster the Facility Management business.  Nellie Samuel, who headed Facility Management for the past 17 years has decided to move on.  Ram comes with more than 20 years of experience in senior management roles in the property and professional services sector across three continents. Until recently, Ram was Director Operations Australia for Sodexo, where he was responsible for the strategic management and operational delivery of an Integrated Facilities Management portfolio. Prior to Sodexo, Ram worked in Compass Group, Australia where he devised and implemented client relationship programs for key accounts.
