Chennai, May 29, 2019: Global construction technology leader Trimble is hosting its flagship annual event for its Indian customers, Tekla User Days (TUD) India, on 29th and 30th May at The Leela Palace in Chennai. The theme of TUD 2019 edition is #TrulyConstructible and is designed for industry professionals to interact, collaborate, learn and showcase their projects to the larger audience. TUD is a highly anticipated annual conference and is expected to draw over 200 industry leaders and professionals this year. All participants will get a hands on experience of Tekla Structures 2019 with a host of new features and capabilities that makes modelling quicker and easier.
TUD 2019 India participants will also get an opportunity to learn about Trimble’s recently launched products including Tekla PowerFab, Bridge Creator and Trimble Connect Desktop. Further, they will have an opportunity to earn the qualification of ‘Tekla Certified Engineer’ under the aegis of the Tekla Certification Program.
This year attendees will also get a chance to participate and witness the first-ever LIVE Constructible BIM competition – the Tekla Premier League, a first-of-its-kind event, wherein teams of 4-6 members will compete with each other in a fast paced, limited-time match to execute a live BIM project on Tekla Structures. A special jury will evaluate the competing teams on how well they utilized Tekla Structures to deliver excellent outcomes through their skills and knowledge, and the winners will be given cash award and certificate.
